Big Pig Bacon
Description: Dry rubbed and hot smoked bacon. This is a short cut bacon from our mature pigs that has a good layer of fat. The maple rub gives this bacon a caramel color.
Farm: Western Plains Pork, Mt Mercer. This bacon comes from mature pigs.
Breed: Large White, Duroc, Landrace.
Ingredients: Pork, salt, dark brown sugar, 100% Canadian maple, rosemary.
Shelf life: 35 days.
