Pulled Pork

Description: Hot smoked pork shoulder that is finished with our own Whiskey BBQ sauce with a hint of coffee.

Farm: Western Plains Pork, Mt Mercer. Free range mature female pigs.

Breed: Large White, Duroc, Landrace.

Ingredients: pork, salt, whiskey, tomato passata, coffee, brown sugar, chilli, black pepper, bay leaf, garlic, vinegar, spices.

Shelf life: 56 days.
