Description: Pork sausage flavoured with spices and hot smoked over European beach wood. It’s made with a little cayenne pepper so you get that lovely tingle of chilli at the end of each bite. This is the ultimate hotdog when grilled and served in a bun with good sauerkraut and mustard.
